If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JNMG Ventures LLC and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
To use our platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services. JNMG Ventures LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion and without prior notice, especially in cases of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
Customers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests can be made through our platform's support system. MerchXOwner acts as a facilitator in transactions; for any product disputes or returns, customers must contact the store owner directly. The store owner can issue a refund through our platform if warranted.
We collect the following personal information: name, email, and payment information. We also collect non-personal data such as web cookies to improve user experience and analyze website performance. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details. If you are located in the European Union, our data collection practices comply with the GDPR.
You are responsible for all content you post or upload to our platform, including product listings, descriptions, images, and other materials. Your use of the platform must comply with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict access to your account at our discretion, without notice. If your account is terminated, your content may still be available on our platform.
Store owners are solely responsible for ensuring that all products listed for sale on the platform comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to product safety, intellectual property rights, and consumer protection regulations. JNMG Ventures LLC is not responsible for the legality or accuracy of any products listed by store owners. In the event of any legal disputes or claims arising from product listings, the store owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JNMG Ventures LLC.
You may not transfer your account to another person or use another person's account without permission.
By submitting or posting content on our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content across our platform and affiliated services. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to authorize us to use any content that you submit.
Our platform utilizes Stripe for secure payment processing and management of connected accounts. When a sale is made, the funds will not be available for withdrawal until 30 days after they have been received. Connected accounts may become negative due to returns or chargebacks. If a negative balance exists, future sales will offset this balance. By using our platform, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of Stripe.
Store owners and affiliates will be charged a 15% fee on all sales. Affiliates will be charged a 15% fee on all affiliate activities. These fees are applied separately and transparently.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in MA, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions.
To the extent permitted by law, JNMG Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the platform. The total liability of JNMG Ventures LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to JNMG Ventures LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
JNMG Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, or other events of force majeure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JNMG Ventures LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.
These Terms & Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, specifically the State of [State]. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [State], USA.

If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you via a message on the website, or via an email. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes.
